First-party analytics
See which visits turn into leasing action.
Connect pages, properties, traffic sources, and meaningful renter actions in reports designed around the property journey—not just generic page counts.
- Acquisition and content reports
- Property interest and conversion paths
- Privacy-conscious first-party collection
01 / Ask better questions
Move from “how many visits?” to “what should we improve?”
Acquisition, content, conversion, and behavior views help connect an entry source to the pages and listings people engaged with before a meaningful action.
- Referrer and campaign attribution
- Page and property engagement
- Inquiry, showing, and other conversion categories
02 / Keep context
Measure inside the same tenant-scoped platform.
The tracker and reports are first-party to the tenant website. Session and event records remain tenant-scoped, bounded, and separate from another portfolio’s reports.
- Tenant-isolated reports and records
- Do Not Track-aware browser collection
- No requirement for advertising-network scripts
03 / Act
Use evidence without pretending correlation is certainty.
Reports can show where visitors drop, which inventory draws attention, and which sources accompany conversions. Your team still applies judgment, checks sample size, and tests changes.
- Content and property comparisons
- Conversion-source breakdowns
- Behavior signals for practical follow-up

QUESTIONS
Scope and specifics
Decide with the boundaries in view.
Have a requirement not covered here? Ask the PropertyCMS team.
Is this Google Analytics?
No. PropertyCMS includes its own first-party analytics designed for tenant websites and leasing actions. You can choose other tools separately if your policies allow them.
Does it collect form answers?
The browser event tracker is designed to record bounded event labels and page context, not sensitive field values. Form submissions remain governed by their own workflows.
Can staff exclude internal traffic?
Tenant analytics includes tools for excluding selected internal IP addresses from reports.
