Terms of Service

Service and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and use PropertyCMS lawfully. Plan capacity and included features are shown before checkout and may be updated prospectively; an active subscription is required for paid access.
Billing
Subscriptions renew on the selected monthly or annual interval through Stripe until canceled. Cancellation takes effect according to the billing portal confirmation. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, upload unlawful material, or violate another person’s rights. You remain responsible for portfolio content and the notices, permissions, fair-housing practices, and legal compliance applicable to it.
Availability and liability
The service is provided with commercially reasonable care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, search ranking, leasing outcome, or compatibility with every third-party system. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
