Signed outbound workflows
Connect PropertyCMS to the tools your team already uses.
Choose meaningful events, apply conditions and field mappings, then deliver versioned, signed webhook messages to an approved HTTPS destination or supported preset.
- Selected event subscriptions
- Signing secrets and delivery history
- Zapier, Make, Slack, Teams, or custom HTTPS
01 / Choose the signal
Automate from a real event, not a scraped inbox.
Subscriptions can listen for supported events such as leads, showing activity, applications, or property changes. Conditions keep irrelevant records from leaving the platform.
- Versioned event types
- Conditional delivery rules
- Field mapping and bounded payloads
02 / Protect the handoff
Sign requests and make delivery state visible.
Outbound requests use signing secrets so receiving systems can verify origin. Timeouts, retries, and delivery history keep a slow destination from taking down the core site.
- Rotatable signing secrets
- Bounded timeouts and retry schedule
- Delivery status and error inspection
03 / Be precise
Presets are useful starting points—not imaginary native sync.
Zapier and Make can receive generic webhook payloads; Slack and Teams can receive notification-shaped envelopes. Some PMS or CRM workflows require custom mapping and are not a built-in bidirectional connector.
- Custom HTTPS endpoints
- Preset payload shapes
- Clear ownership of downstream behavior

QUESTIONS
Scope and specifics
Decide with the boundaries in view.
Have a requirement not covered here? Ask the PropertyCMS team.
Is this a native integration with every PMS?
No. PropertyCMS provides signed outbound webhooks and presets. A specific PMS or CRM may require a custom workflow or separate provider support.
What happens if the destination is down?
Delivery is decoupled from the visitor request and uses bounded attempts. A slow or failing endpoint should not take down the public site.
Can we rotate the signing secret?
Yes. Authorized tenant administrators can manage integration credentials and delivery settings.
