Information we collect
We collect details you submit through priority-list, contact, signup, and account forms; operational account content; limited security and usage data; and billing identifiers returned by Stripe. PropertyCMS does not store full payment card data.
How we use it
We use information to provide and secure the service, respond to inquiries, send consented launch communications, process subscriptions, enforce plan limits, measure the sales and product experience, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics, choices, and retention
The marketing site uses bounded first-party measurement and honors supported browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe option. Transactional security, account, and billing notices may still be sent. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable obligations.
Processors and requests
We use service providers such as Stripe and configured hosting, email, and optional AI vendors under their applicable terms. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@propertycms.click.
